A new crash test video, produced by the University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute shows two 33-pound crash test dummies representing 3-year-old kids were placed in the rear seat of a vehicle, one in a front facing car seat and one completely unbuckled.
These tests bring to light the importance of using a properly fitted car seat as Child Passenger Safety (CPS) Week begins Sunday 15th and concludes on Sept. 24, with a free Seat Check Saturday event.
