Katie turned one 40-pound cabbage, a green thumb, and a desire to serve others into a food revolution: she and other kids her age tend local gardens and give the produce to local soup kitchens and homeless shelters! Talk about optimism! Her organization, Katie's Krops, now operates 16 local gardens!
